the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the hotel staff spoke english pretty well. the two pools provided refreshing options for swimming.

Lieu provided a warm welcome. I received a free room upgrade. The hotel was clean. It was also well kept.
The soundproofing in my room is poor. I could easily hear outside noise. Housekeeping came at 8:40 AM. This disrupted my sleep because it was so early. Checkout took a long time.

I appreciated the santorini-inspired decor.. it created a calming atmosphere. the location was great. It was just off a busy street, but the noise wasn't a problem. i also found it easy to get a grab car whenever i needed one.
the air conditioning wasn't very strong, so the room didn't get as cool as i would have liked.

breakfast included both western and asian options, providing a good variety to choose from each morning. i especially liked the fresh fruit selection, and the staff were very attentive, offering recommendations.

my room was spacious and clean; it had a comfortable bed and all the basic necessities i needed. i found the spa-like scent in the room relaxing after a long day, and the housekeeping service was efficient.
